Bidding ended. Lot has been sold.

This clock movement appears to be of eight day duration and appears complete, although we have not run the clock and do not guarantee that it is in full working order.

The movement appears to have been cleaned and restored.

The seat board looks old and is screwed down into the cheeks. The cheeks have later runners to sides to facilitate removing the hood.

The hood is lacking finials, the ebonised pillars appear later and there is woodworm damage throughout.

The inside of the trunk is fitted with a sliding bolt to secure the hood.

The case is in poor condition, with decoration loss, cracking and chipping.

The case appears to have been reduced in height.

The trunk door is locked and we do not have a key.

The clock is sold with two weights, winding handle and pendulum.
