A SHERATON REVIVAL MAHOGANY LIBRARY BOOKCASE

19th/20th century, the upper section with pierced swan neck pediment centred by an urn bearing flowers, above a pair of astragal glazed doors enclosing adjustable shelves, the bow front base with a pair of panel doors opening to one shelf, terminating on turned feet, 239cm high x 127cm wide x 57cm deep

This lot is in good overall condition.

There are minor chips to a number of areas such as the pediment and one of the carved flowers.

There are scratches throughout particularly to the extremities such as the legs and edges. There is a scratch to the bow front of the one of the cupboard doors.

One side has a split at one side on the lower half of the cupboard and there is a minor chip to the veneer as a result.

One glazed panel has a crack.

All of the above does not detract from the aesthetics or stability of the piece which is fit for purpose.
