of bow front profile with inlaid exotic woods including Greek key motif to the door before one shelf and marble liner to the base, gilt metal mounts of putti to the corners and terminating on tapered legs with gilt metal sabot, 82cm high x 58cm wide x 40cm deep

This lot is in good overall condition commensurate with age and use. There are generalised scratches to the extremities such as the corners and legs.

The marble top is scratched and there is staining to the veins.

There are minor cracks to the veneers with some minor losses.

Non of the above detracts from the stability or aesthetics of the piece.

The hinges are strong and the piece level.

Dating the cabinet is difficult but the door fittings an screws suggest mid-century modern i.e. about 1950s onwards
