This lot is in good overall condition commensurate with age and use.
It is stable and fit for purpose.
The upholstery and braiding is tired particularly to the arms where is is coming away at the ends and also at the back of the settee again. The underside will need securing.
Please note the settee has not been upholstered by a professional and will need attention.
There is a significant chip to one back leg.
The two front legs are chipped and scratched and bruised commensurate with age and use.
