late 17th century and later, the rectangular top with floral inlay over two short and three long graduated drawers, the stand with a single frieze drawer on barley twist legs joined by stretchers and terminating on bun feet, 124.5cm high x 102cm wide x 61cm deep

In fair condition for age and use, with some surface marks and scratches throughout. There is evidence of worm. The handles and escutcheons are likley replaced, however there is no great sign of tampering. There is wear concentrated around the feet. Old restorations to the stand, its possible the legs and stand are later. Veneer splits and small losses. There is a small possibility that the back has been replaced. Old pickfords labels to the reverse. In handsome appearance and sound structure.
