This service is hallmarked for 1938, not 1937, other details are correct. 

Condition is broadly good commensurate with age and use. 

Hallmarks are clear to mustard, slightly rubbed to salt and the maker’s mark to pepper has a ‘drag’ line (see image).

The spoons are silver but associated. 

Liners are present. 

Case is rubbed to lid.
