This lot is in good overall condition and is fit for purpose and sturdy.
The carcass is not skewed but the plinth has been planed to fit an uneven floor, when measured there is a noticeable difference from one side to another
All the drawers open and are smooth (save he bottom one).
There are veneer splits to the top, and both sides. There are scratches throughout and minor chips to veneers such as the corners to the top
