The teapot has a damaged finial. The lid does not close flush, the teapot spout is slightly dented and there is minor surface wear throughout commensurate with age and use. The cartouches are engraved - one side with armorial, the other with initials. 

The teapot stand has resoldered legs and is engraved with initials to cartouche. 

The hallmarks to both teapot and stand are clear, please see additional photos.
