The painting is in very good condition. It has been relined onto a new stretcher (a sheet of thin synthetic material has been placed over the reverse). Picture surface is stable, with limited craquelure and a thin varnish layer. Canvas surface tension is good, without being too taut. Overall, the painting presents well and is a ready to hang.
