A SCOTTISH OFFICER'S CEREMONIAL DIRK BY W. M. ANDERSON & SONS, GLASGOW AND EDINBURGH

early 20th century, stamped to the rear, the double fullered blade with a basket weave carved grip set with brass studs, the rear of the handle carved with crossed swords and bonnet, gilt metal mounts embossed and chased with thistles, oak leaves and acorns, the pomel set with a piece of faceted glass against red foil, in a black leather scabbard with similar mounts decorated with thistles, lilies and a crown thistle, with bi-knife and fork en suite, 42cm long, on a red velvet wall mount
