Overall, the chest is in good order.

There are expected surface marks throughout, the top has some scratches. There are minor abrasions and splits to the edges of some of the drawer fronts although minor. There is discolouration and staining present to all drawer interiors and the back panel. Small patches of discolouration to the front and sides, appearing lighter than the base wood. Some flecks of white pigment to the sides. Small indentations can be found to either side. A small chip to the interior of one drawer.  There is expected wear to the legs.

Structurally appears to be in very good condition and retaining original appeal.

The drawers run smoothly and are free from 'nasty aromas'
