Bidding ended. Lot has been sold.

The plinth is now in sections and broken with old worming, damp and rot. This will need to be repaired and sections replaced.

There are scratches on the extremities particularly to corners and side panels where the bookcase has been built.

There is one cracked glass panel to the bottom panel. The wood has also warped to the door frame. There is another cracked pane on the third door down.

All doors function but the three bottom ones are stiff (not fully retracting) and not as smooth as the others.

There are signs of old worm on the plinth but nowhere else.

The drawers are stiff at the bottom. Two handles are broken with pieces of wire being used.

The timbers used appear to be both mahogany and oak.
