The watercolour bears some issues. There is consistent fading to the picture surface, as well as some prominent spotting, especially to the lower sections of the picture. The fading is potentially the result of water damage. There is also dirt to the glazing and frame; in our opinion, getting the frame professionally cleaned would greatly improve the overall appearance of the artwork.
