GEORGE III MAHOGANY BRACKET CLOCK LATE 18TH CENTURY the 17.5cm dial with rococo spandrels and silvered chapter ring, the centre with date aperture, inscribed "Samuel Bently Kingsbridge, the arch with subsidiary strike /silent chapter ring, the five-pillar double fusee movement, with anchor escapement, striking on a coiled gong, the engraved back plate also inscribed. In a mahogany inverted bell top case, with brass carrying handle and splayed brass feet. 47cm high.
