QUEEN ANNE RED JAPANNED LONGCASE CLOCK, circa 1705, the brass arched dial, with subsidiary seconds dial and date aperture, the silvered chapter ring with Roman numerals, corner mask spandrels. Inscribed to the arch " Tho Cartwright Principis Horologs London" sided by dolphin spandrels, the two train movement striking on a bell, in a red lacquered case, with inverted bell-shaped pagoda hood. 239cms high
