SIR TERRY FROST R.A FOR POOLE POTTERY: A "TREWELLARD RED" CHARGER, circular form, limited edition of 100, printed marks, facsimile signature to verso, 40.5cm diameter. "Trewellard Red" was inspired by the colours of the sunset as seen from Trewellard on the north coast of Cornwall near Land's End. Terry decided to paint this special charger to celebrate his 80th birthday. Part of a limited edition of 100. This actual charger was painted by Sir Terry himself at the Poole Pottery Studio.
