Taken Prisoner October 1914 1914 Star correctly impressed - 11391 Bglr J Evans 2/ Durh L I Pair correctly impressed - 11391 Pte J Evans Durh L I Condition GVF Jack Evans was born on 23rd February 1894. He landed in France & Flanders on 12th August 1914 with the 2nd Bn. He was taken prisoner on 20th October 1914 and released at the end of the war.
