A VICTORIAN LSGC TO SERGEANT DAWES DLI Correctly impressed 2869 Sergt W Dawes 106th Foot. Condition NEF Walter Dawes was born in Surrey in 1837. He attested in 1857 joining the 106th Foot. Discharged after 20 years and 355 days service and awarded the LSGC.
