A SET OF THREE GERMAN BAYONETS A second world War K98 Bayonet with Frog. Manufactured by Mundlos and marked '40' showing it was produced in 1940. The bayonet is marked 1782c with the scabbard being stamped 6830. The blade still retains much of the original bluing. The scabbard showing light surface wear and the frog is in good condition; A K98 Mauser bayonet dated 1916 by Walter & Co Muhlhausen in Thr / F Herder A.Sm Solingen. In very good condition overall. The blade rust and the scabbard retaining most of the original finish; A K98 Mauser Bayonet dated 1936. The blade is marked 4458b and S/185G. The scabbard is stamped 4208C and S/245 1936. The bayonet has seen field use and is in average condition.
