1914/15 TRIO & PLAQUE 1383 PTE W WOOD SEA HIGHRS Trio correctly impressed - 1383 Pte W Wood Sea Highrs Plaque - William Wood Condition GVF William Wood was born in Barony, Lanarkshire. He landed with the on 24th November 1914. William was sadly killed in action on 21st April 1917 with the 1st battalion in Iraq and was laid to rest in Baghdad Cemetery.
