1914/15 TRIO & PLAQUE TO PTE J DEVONPORT SEAFORTHS Correctly impressed - S-3677 Pte J Devonport Sea Highrs Condition EF James Devonport was born in Higher Walton, Preston, Lancashire. He served with the 8th battalion landing in France on 8th July 1915. He sadly died of wounds on 2nd October 1915 and was buried in Lapugnoy Military Cemetery.
