PAIR OF FINE GEORGE III PAINTED SATINWOOD AND GILTWOOD CARD TABLES IN SHERATON STYLE, late 18th century, the demi-lune hinged tops painted with reserves of amorini en grisaille, within borders of scrolling foliage, opening to form oval baize lined playing surfaces, above friezes of flower head filled zig-zag and guilloche, each on four fluted legs descending from capitals carved with recessed anthemia, the back legs hinged to open as supports, 79cm high, 99cm wide
