VASSILI YACOVLEVITCH GRACHEV, (1831-1905), A RARE BRONZE EQUESTRIAN MODEL OF IVAN THE TERRIBLE, late 19th century, portrayed wearing a traditional conical fur hat and shuba cloak; the naturalistically cast base finely inscribed in Cyrillic in the maquette, 'LEV GRACHEV' to one side and the founder 'C.F.
