Provenance: This sculpture was given to vendor by Graham Morris, Principal Landscape Architect (LA) at the Great London Council. It is a model of a section of the Thameside walk in Thamesmead, South-east London. The sculpture is signed 'Franchetti' on verso, possibly Harry Franchetti.
