					Dow’s
Founded in 1798 by Portugese merchant Bruno da Silva, who imported Portugese wine to London, the firm of Silva & Cosens became Dow’s in 1877 following a merger with Dow & Co. The firm operates two vineyards in the Upper Duoro valley, Quinta do Bomfin and Quinta da Senhora da Ribeira.
