Bidding by telephone and by commission bids continues to be available.

Payments 

Payments are to be made in British pounds (£GBP), by these payment methods please: 

 a) Credit card: for telephone payments by credit card, there is a limit of £500 (total invoice amount) 

 b) Debit card: accepted without limit by telephone 

 c) Bank transfer (BACS): Duke's Auctioneers bank account details are stated on the invoice, please reference the payment with the invoice number and auction number (as shown on the invoice) 

 d) Online: payment can be made via your Duke's account on www.dukes-auctions.com using a card of your choice, a payment fee of 1.95% is charged Collections Collection of purchased items is available by appointment. 

Collections 

Purchasers can select a date and time to pick up their lots when they receive their invoice questions form following the auction. Please make sure that the invoice questions form is filled in and that payment for the lots is completed before the pick-up date. Clients will not be able to enter Duke’s premises. Porters will bring purchased lots to the door but will not be able to help load. Please ensure that you bring help with you if needed. 

Please note that invoices will be sent out the day after the sale Shipping: We are pleased to recommend reputable carriers and can advise on air-freight and other forms of despatch. Items of furniture not collected within 5 working days will be transported to storage at the buyer's expense.
