James Constantine was born in Bradford, Yorkshire. The son of William
and Ann, he was a Mill Hand by trade, and in 1916 he was married to
Florrie.
He served in France with the 1st 8th Bn, being renumbered 307438. James
was sadly killed in action on October 9th 1917. He is remembered on the Tyne
Cot Memorial
