Ursula Leach
‘Through colour and repeated editing I aim to express my
feelings about the land either as a comment on current agricultural practices
or paradoxically to celebrate the beauty I find.’
Born in 1947, trained at Winchester, Wimbledon and West Surrey Colleges of Art.
She is represented by The Art Stable in Dorset, Oliver Contemporary and The
Bankside Gallery in London.
Recent exhibitions include: (Solo) Oliver Contemporary, 2020; The Art Stable,
2017; (group shows) The London Art Fair 2020; The Arborealists, The Young
Gallery, Salisbury; Bermondsey Project Space, London 2020; The Campden Gallery,
Gloucestershire 2019.
Leach has works in the collections of The John Creasy Museum, Salisbury, the
Victoria & Albert and Ashmolean Museums, The Royal Hospitals NHS Trust and
Dorset County Hospital, among others.
