Antony Gormley RA
Born in London in 1950, Antony Gormley is widely acclaimed
for his sculptures, installations and public artworks that investigate the
relationship of the human body to space.
Gormley won the Turner Prize in 1994 and has been a member
of the Royal Academy since 2003. He was made an Officer of the British Empire
in 1997 and knighted in 2014.
