The watercolour has a triangular area of loss to the top right corner, a couple of pin holes and scuff mark to mid top and is slightly creased and with scuff mark to top left corner.
Overall the watercolour is lightly foxed and exhibits some staining from sun exposure.
The lower margin and an isolated area to the left margin of the watercolour exhibits paint loss and a 'white spotted' effect.
There is a very short (less than 0.5cm) tear to mid left margin.
There is a triangular area of loss to the bottom left corner.
