There is some surface marking and scratching to the shank and setting, though there does not appear to be any signs of significant repair or resizing work. There is no obvious significant wear to the galleries or shank barring a small crack on one shoulder; the shank is fairly thin but this is likely how it was when made. There is no visible splitting to the setting, with the stones being held by a demi collet/claws that does show wear in certain areas. All surrounding rose cut diamonds are present, there are three missing diamonds from the floral spray. All rubies are present, though do display signs of abrasion to their surfaces. The emerald displays significant surface wear with  deep scratches being apparent across the surface of the stone, there are numerous examples of jardin. The shank is rounded and is unmarked.
