Lewis Lloyd was entitled to the pair only; he sadly died in Egypt of Infulenzia on the 5th of January 1919, aged 35. He is buried in Kantara War Memorial Cemetery.

The son of Joseph & Elizabeth Lloyd, of 19 Gronant St., Rhyl and the husband of Annie Lloyd, of 3 Wellington Terrace, Rhyl.
