HARDY, Thomas. Notes on Stinsford Church.

Original 4pp. original typescript in the form of a letter to the Restoration Committee of the Church, dated April 1909 from the Athenaeum in London, signed in Hardy’s hand in ink, ‘Yours very truly, Thomas Hardy’, with annotations and a small architectural drawing by Hardy. He gives his professional architect’s view on how best to preserve the church

The ink signature is clear and legible. 

The accompanying typed notes are in a slightly poorer condition. 

The accompanying Earthworks pamphlet is bound within a hard bound jotter and is in fair condition, the paper slightly discoloured.
