The pendant is in fairly good condition, with no obvious significant damages/repairs, however the conversion has been fairly crudely done. The chain is soldered along the entire top of the pendant as opposed to being attached to two jump rings, there is also evidence on the reverse of the piece where the clip catch/teeth have been removed. Despite these observations, the stones appear to have sustained no obvious damage and apparently remain secure in their settings.

The diamonds are white, bright and lively, with some minor inclusions visible under magnification in some stones. They are all well matched with no noticeable replacements, and there is no obvious evidence of chipping/nibbling to the facets. The sapphires are of good hue with good colour depth, they appear to be securely set and display only minor abrasion to some facets.

The pendant does not appear to be misshapen or bent in anyway, and is securely attached to the associated chain which appears to be in good condition without obvious damage/ repair.
