The brooch is in good condition for its age with no signs of damage, heavy wear or repair. The crystal is in overall good condition with one small scratch to the centre and a few small abrasions to the edge. The hairwork is in very good condition. Plat is intact. The pearls are in overall good condition. some light wear to the nacre on a couple of them, commensurate with age. All secure in their settings. Light scratches to the gold on the reverse. Pin clasp functions well.
