mid 19th century, with finial to the top of a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel seated on a cushion, with the factory mark to the base, approx. 11.43cm high (to top of finial) x 14cm diameter, plate 15cm diameter (2)

Provenance: The Estate of Henry Morton Stanley (1841-1904), thence by descent.

The stand is ok, some light surface scratching. The lid is inscribed to the inside. The teapot is cracked.
