The inro appears to be in largely condition, the signature is slightly rubbed but visible. There are very small chips and losses to the lacquer. There is some light surface scratching. Wear around the holes where the sting goes through. Wear to the inside, especially around the rims.
The pen box, shows signs of use, the well has old detritus. There is some tarnishing to the metal, consistent with age.
