This lot is in good country house condition.

There are cracks to the frame throughout especially around the scrolling.
It has been regilded although the plate is likely to be original with some black speckling and 'glitter' only to the edges
Please note it has missing sections which have been squared off. To the very top of the 'pediment' there would have been elaborate scrolling.
The above does not affect the stability or aesthetics of the piece
