A SUBSTANTIAL PORCELAIN MANTEL CLOCK BY LE ROY OF PARIS

19th century, the two train movement striking on a bell, the white enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, the case with blue crossed swords marks to the base, figured with sphinx to each side and surmounted by a box and cover, on lions paw and scroll feet, 51.5cm high x 50cm wide x 25cm deep

This clock has been extensively restored.

The right sphinx has a broken right wing (piece is present) and the left wing is restored

The left sphinx has restored wings and the paws are also restored.

All feet to the clock have been restored.

There is re gilding to the below the dial.
