This lot is in good overall condition. Both plates are scratched and with fritting to the edges and rubs to the enamel commensurate with age.

The bird plate has crazing throughout to the front and back.
There is minor fritting to the edges.
There is one chip which extends to the blue rim on the outer edge and another localised chip which has taken the edge of a leaf away.
The other plate has fritting to the edges.
To the reverse there is an significant area where the glaze is missing and another where the plate swells into the well.
There is a noticeable hairline crack extending around approximately half of the plate.
The enamels are rubbed in areas particularly to the edges but these do not detract from the aesthetics of the plate.
