All volumes worn to binding, dog eared and fairly poor. 

All volumes with moderate internal staining and foxing. 

Volume 1 contains a letter from Marjorie Graves regarding Steeple church and the Steple church page is pencil annotated.

Volume 4 has a tear to page 442.
