Together with an envelope in Palmerston's hand 'Particuliere'…a Monsr Vandeweger (Possibly van de Weghe, a Belgian Minister in London) London, 50 Portland Square, Palmerston'. Dated verso March 15th 1858 with broken wax seal. Some foxing.(3)
