AN ENGLISH OAK COFFER,
19th century with possibly earlier elements, the front with carved panels in 17th century style, all opening as doors, with panelled ends and straight, chamfered legs, 78cm high; 152cm wide; 59cm deep
The item bears the usual minor scuffs and knocks, overall consistent with age and use. Top has ring marks and other stains overall. Ther piece is of late 19th Century or early 20th century construction. Basically good order overall.
