Nick Bodimeade
Born, 1957. Trained at Wolverhampton Poly in the late 1970s.
Represented by the Zimmer Stewart Gallery. Collections include – Contemporary
Art Society, Government Art Collection, Landmark Trust. Lives and works on an
island in the flood plain of the River Ouse near Lewes. His paintings with
their strong sense of movement and physical activity reflect his lifelong
engagement with the landscape as artist, farm worker, smallholder, hill walker
and mountain biker.
