inscribed “Richard Harwicke Ashwick” with an eight day bell striking movement, the brass dial with “tempus fugit” and an eagle flanked by dolphin spandrels in the lunette, with a silver chapter ring below enclosing a date aperture and a subsidiary seconds dial enclosed by mask and scroll spandrels, in
a mahogany case with an arched top and fluted pilasters over a trunk door with a shaped top, on a plinth base with fluted and canted angles and ogee bracket feet, circa 240cm high x 51cm wide (maximum)
