Condition GVF (edge bruise above surname, which doesn't affect the naming)

Charles Scott served with the Durham Light Infantry during the Crimean War. The medal and the clasps are confirmed on the roll; Scott had previously served on Malta January 1st 1851 to March 31st 1851.

John Boardman was born in Bolton in 1840. In civilian life, he worked as a Labourer, he attested in 1858, aged 18. Boardman was based in the West Indies and served in New Zealand for two and a half years. He was discharged at Manchester on April 11th 1868.
